Acknowledgment and acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (“Terms and Conditions”). ClickBenefit Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the website, as with any contract, purchase, payment or other business transaction, all parties should ensure that they have read and understood the full terms and conditions of the transaction
An order placed online with ClickBenefit Ltd. on fitbenefit.co.uk will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from ClickBenefit Ltd. A contract shall only be made when ClickBenefit Ltd. have dispatched the goods to you and have confirmed by means of e-mail to the e-mail address supplied to ClickBenefit Ltd. from you. Any automated response acknowledging receipt of your order shall not be deemed as an acceptance of your offer to purchase goods from ClickBenefit Ltd. ClickBenefit Ltd. reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any given time.
Cooling Down Period
If you have a change of heart please note that all customers within the EU have the right to cancel their orders from ClickBenefit Ltd. for most items within 7 days of receipt of their goods. Goods must be unopened and unused and be returned to ClickBenefit Ltd. in resalable condition. Customers must take reasonable care of all goods to be returned while in their possession.
Goods covered by hygiene laws and goods including any software are specifically excluded from your cancellation rights once unsealed. This is in adheration to the Distance Selling Regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights. If in any doubt to which goods fall under this regulation please contact ClickBenefit Ltd. before returning any goods.
All return carriage costs incurred in the returning of unwanted goods are the customers’ responsibility. This being the case, it is strongly recommended that an insured and tracked delivery method be used when returning goods to ClickBenefit Ltd. ClickBenefit Ltd. cannot be held responsible in any way for any loss or damage to goods, which are being returned to us.
We reserve the right to deduct any postage and packaging costs incurred to ClickBenefit Ltd. during the refund process, unless of course the refund is due to faulty goods supplied by ClickBenefit Ltd.
ClickBenefit Ltd. will endeavour to process all order cancellation requests within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
Return of Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to ClickBenefit Ltd. due to a fault please note the following information:
It is your right as a customer within the EU to return goods with a fault to ClickBenefit Ltd. within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that if there are any obvious signs of abuse or misuse of any products then ClickBenefit Ltd. reserve the right of refusal to any form of exchange or refund.
Please inform ClickBenefit Ltd. immediately – via the given contact option on the fitbenefit.co.uk page – if you receive goods that have been damaged in transit during delivery. This is imperative to avoid any dispute.
Before returning goods please contact ClickBenefit Ltd. with your order details and details of all goods to be returned. ClickBenefit Ltd. will then issue you with a returns number which will avoid any delay in processing your request.
ClickBenefit Ltd. will endeavour to process all exchange or refund requests within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.
Non-defective products can be returned within 7 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material and invoice/receipts for a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to ship the product to you and a 5 GBP restocking fee. The restocking fee and shipping charge will not be applicable in the event an incorrect item was shipped.
All items purchased from FitBeneFit.co.uk / ClickBenefit Ltd. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We will gladly exchange our products, providing they return to our address within 7 Days of invoice and are in the same condition which they left. The costs for the shipping to return the parcel to ClickBenefit Ltd. will be covered by the customer and the costs for the replacement to be sent out would also need to be covered by the customer.
Parcel has not been received
You, the customer must contact us at FitBeneFit.co.uk through the given method on the webpage within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by the given contact method on the FitBenefit.co.uk home page. After confirming any claim we shall in 7 working days re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of FitBeneFit.co.uk / ClickBenefit Ltd. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
Our right of cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
Images and Pricing
All product images published on the FitBeneFit.co.uk website are only representative of goods on offer. Occasionally, actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging. In such circumstances you have the right to cancel your order, return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of goods (in acceptable condition as per earlier guidelines) and receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.
FitBeneFit.co.uk and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, FitBeneFit.co.uk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by FitBeneFit.co.uk itself is not as described, your sole remedy is notify ClickBenefit Ltd. within 24 hours from receiving the product via the given contact option on the FitBeneFit.co.uk site and return it in unused condition.

All images represent an accurate portrayal of its stock at time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. In cases where the product you ordered is then discounted (after your purchase) we cannot refund the difference between your original order price, and the new discounted price.

ClickBenefit Ltd. will endeavour to have all goods ordered by you delivered to you within 14 working days of receipt of your offer to purchase goods from ClickBenefit Ltd.
In exceptional circumstances and at very busy periods delivery times could vary up to a maximum of 28 working days of receipt of your offer to purchase goods from ClickBenefit Ltd. This is a highly unlikely scenario and you shall be kept fully informed via your given email address if such a situation does happen to arise.
Items will be dispatched using an appropriate method for the items ordered. This method of delivery shall be at the discretion of ClickBenefit Ltd.
Most of the goods on offer are subject to shipping costs.
In the event that your goods are returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges incurred by ClickBenefit Ltd. deducted from any refund amount given.
In the rare event that ClickBenefit Ltd. delivery schedules are affected by either local or national industrial action, ClickBenefit Ltd. cannot accept any liability for delays, losses or other subsequent problems. These will be beyond the control of ClickBenefit Ltd.
The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don’t allow us to insure shipments within their borders.

Delivery to England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) will appear on the cart before confirming the purchase.
